How to prepare for the birthday party in time?
6 to 8 weeks
Does 8 weeks before planning a party seem like a long time? It's not. The sooner you start planning a child's birthday party, the easier and stress-free it will be. Start by choosing a date and time for the party. Book a birthday party at Adventica Amusement Park. Saturdays and Sundays are usually the busiest days, so book a party room in advance.
3 to 4 weeks
Create guest lists and invitations. Be sure to send them to guests in time to give them plenty of time to respond. This is also a good time to want party accessories and decorations. As well as order a birthday cake.
1 week
Make sure which guests arrive and which do not. If a party room is planned in Adventica Park, make sure in advance that your reservation is correct and paid.
2 to 3 days
Buy last-minute party gifts or decorations you may have forgotten.
The day before
Take the cake you ordered or bake it if you want a self-baked cake. Talk to your birthday boy or girl. Discuss with them whether you have missed something (assuming it is not a surprise party) and what their expectations are for this day.
Party day
Make sure the party room is pre-prepared, greet the guests and then enjoy the festivities!
